I love vintage melamine dishes. I decided a couple weeks ago that the little people could finally graduate from all of the Ikea plastic plates, cups and silverware we have and start using our everyday dishes, well everyday. I wanted them to still have some unbreakable stuff that they could grab for a snack and melamine seemed perfect for that without being more plastic kid crap... I bought the bowls and plates here on etsy and the cups on ebay. You can find tons of melamine/melmac at both places.
