I'm still here. The past couple days have been very busy and very emotional. I think we're all looking forward to getting back to normal (whatever normal is). And looking forward to upcoming events. We have the concert in the park on Friday, it will be our eighth consecutive year that we've gone. Then Saturday morning we head to Missouri to visit my sweet grandparents. We're back late on Sunday and I'll begin getting organized and ready for our trip to Santa Barbara.
We have David's uncle's cat on a possible temporary basis. Let's just say I'm not a cat person... But my boys love cats (all three of them), so we're giving it a try. George has been barking a lot, especially at night, so if that doesn't improve that cat will have to go. The last thing I need is another thing to clean up after, but we agreed to take him so I'll give it a whirl. Most of the time we can't find the darn thing and I feel like he's creeping around the corner ready to pounce.
I'm hoping to get my gocco out this week. I've been itching to do some printing. And I still have lots to list on garage sale. My mom has two new crop tops finished and we have lots of stuff from the last sale we went to. Hopefully I'll get some of that done today. Now, we're off to swimming lessons.
